HealthiFeetWhat’s the saying…cold feet, warm heart? Well, that is a nice thought, but having cold feet all the time is kind of annoying actually for most folks. I think warming up the feet doesn’t make your heart get cold. Certain times of the year it seems like my toes are always cold, but if I put socks on then my feet are too hot. Hot, cold, hot, cold. The same folks that shared with me the QuikClot for Nosebleeds that worked so wonderfully for Taylor, also shared HealthiFeet.

I’ve been trying out HealthiFeet on just one foot for a couple of weeks. I only did one foot so I could see if I really noticed a difference, and I did. The toes on the foot I use it on overall don’t get cold like the other foot. My skin is softer on the trial foot also. You just rub the cream into your feet for about 5 minutes each night (to start do it twice a HealthiFeet Thermal Imagesday for a week). The lotion is a wet feeling, so you really need to get it rubbed in that full 5 minutes. No strong scent at all either which is nice. HealthiFeet has L-Arginine which is a naturally occurring amino acid that restores temperature to cold feet. The package also states that the improved warmth relieves numbness and discomfort in your feet also which leaves them more relaxed and restored. Plus as I mentioned it does leave the skin smoother from the vitamins and nutrients in it.

When used as directed – after one week’s use — the podiatrist-recommended HealthiFeet alleviates the pain associated with cold feet/poor foot circulation.

If you suffer from cold toes or feet, I would definitely give HealthiFeet a try and see if it works for you too! It is available in a 4oz size and a 1.8oz size. Oh, and if you know someone with Diabetes this really may be helpful to them. You can also fan HealthiFeet on Facebook and follow them on Twitter @HealthiFeet. Thanks again to Tender Corporation for providing me a sample to try out myself.
