While many like beer for St. Patrick’s Day, I am not one of them. Even though I grew up in a family full of people who worked at a brewery I have never really been a fan of beer. Hubby is happy to make up where I fall behind though in the beer area. On St. Patrick’s Day I would much rather have a fun cocktail. Here are a few cocktail recipes for you to try your luck with on March 17! Thanks to the PR company for sharing these with me. Three of these recipes have Sparkling ICE in them which you can find at most grocery stores now and it has zero calories – great stuff!
