The mercury is on the rise and that means there are certain days that it is just too hot to turn on the stove or oven in the house. I have curated a collection of recipes that require no traditional cooking with heat. Some of the dishes are completely raw, some use prepared foods, and some rely on cooking with things like acidic juices.
