Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cocktail Recipe

You all know I have been in love with Fireball Cinnamon Whisky – it is so good! However, the Easter Bunny put some nippy bottles of the Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Fire Whisky in my Easter basket this year – yep that Easter Bunny rocks! I thought I had to compare the two!

Fireball is still fabulous, the Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire is a bit smoother and very cinnamony, but less of a kick than Fireball. Both are great!

Along with the cinnamon whisky is Rumchata, a creamy rum liquor and oh so delicious!

This week’s cocktail is currently a very popular drink in bars. I used the Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire in it this week, but you can use any of the cinnamon whiskeys that you prefer. This is a sweet drink and is great for those of you who really do not like strong alcohol flavored drinks. Typically it is done in shot form, as you see I did it in the photo.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey (or Fireball or other cinnamon whisky)
  • 1oz Rumchata
  • cinnamon and sugar mix for rimming glass

Directions

Pour Jack Daniels Tennessee Fire and Rumchata into shaker with ice. Shake. Rim shot glass with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. I prefer to use raw sugar as it is in bigger pieces and it just works great for this. Strain mixture into shot glass.
