This week’s cocktail comes in an edible form, the White Sangria Popsicle! Since summer is here and the temperatures are warming up I thought a frozen treat would be a great way to start the summer. Just be sure to label these in the freezer so the kiddos do not get into them!
The recipe uses one of my new favorite Moscato wines, VOGA Italia Moscato – which is so incredible refreshing and relaxing all at once! Thanks to VOGA for providing the recipe and image, plus a few samples, for me to try and share with you all.
White Sangria Popsicles
- 8oz VOGA Italia Moscato
- 3 tablespoons Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
- 5oz peach juice
- 2oz club soda
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 11oz diced mixed fruit, such as strawberries, raspberries, and peaches
|Combine Moscato wine, Grand Marnier or Triple Sec, club soda, peach juice, and lime juice in a large pitcher or bowl. Divide the diced fruit evenly into popsicle molds. Pour wine mixture into the molds, fill to top. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze 6-8 hours, until frozen |
