This week’s infographic is 20 things you didn’t know about twins! I had to find something related to my twin granddaughters. Now the infographic, while about twins, isn’t specific for the most part on identical versus fraternal. My new twin granddaughters are fraternal. That means they are actually no similar than any other two babies born at different times actually. Fraternal twins happen when 2 different eggs are fertilized. Identical twins happen when one egg is fertilized and then splits into 2 creating twins. I personally thing that even though fraternal twins are not as alike that they still share some special communications and such though. We will have to wait and see what happens with Violet and Valerie as they grow up to see how much of that is true. Right now what is interesting is that Valerie looks and acts so much like their mom, Caitlan, and Violet looks and acts so much like their day, my son T. I’m curious to see if that remains the same as they grow up.
So enjoy today’s infographic about twins. Are you a twin? Do you have twins in your family? Share something interesting about twinness with me!
