Football Part Foods for Super Bowl Sunday With the Super Bowl happening this weekend I thought I would gather up some of my favorite recipes for football party food. There is a little something for everyone in this list. Yummy dips and snacks and some soups and stews if you are having a big crowd. I have even included some healthy snack recipes since so many people are still working on their New Year’s resolutions of losing weight and eating healthier.

Let me know if you are going to try any of these recipes, or even if you would just like to eat them if someone else makes them!

Roasted Chickpeas

Roasted Chickpeas

Another healthier snack idea. The roasted chickpeas can be made the day ahead even and do not need to be kept warm during the party. Your guests will gobble them up!

Basil Parmesan Dip with Pita Chips

Basil Parmesan Dip with Pita Chips

I make this in summer a lot with my own homegrown basil but these days you can get fresh herbs, like basil, at just about any grocery store. It is a delicious and fresh dip and goes great with homemade baked pita chips also.

Robyn's Homemade Chili

Robyn’s Homemade Chili

This a traditional chili with beans. No super chunky pieces of peppers or onions either because I hate that in chili. It still is packed with lots of flavor. Make this the day ahead and it will taste even better on game day.

Fried Dill Pickles | Robyns.World

Fried Dill Pickles

While I personally hate dill pickles (it’s the dill part that I don’t like), my family loves these. These are great for party days because the brightness of the pickles is a nice break from a lot of the heavier dishes usually served.

This soup is a bit lighter than the others I’ve shared today. It is still super hearty and warming on a cold game day though and everyone can added the toppings of their choice to make it just right for them.
