July is National Ice Cream month. I say we all need to celebrate this with a scoop of your favorite flavor! This week’s infographic is “Stuff You Didn’t Know About Ice Cream” which includes the fact that the waffle cone was invented in my hometown of St. Louis in 1904. I promised you more on using the Philips Airfryer (disclosure: I was provided the Airfryer from SheSpeaks). Tonight I used it to cook some frozen egg rolls and crab rangoon. One thing I have found during my weight loss is that I do better when I have some convenience foods on hand at home. I need the quick and easy sometimes.
